She revealed: “I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able to have babies. I want to have children… they reassured me that I’d still be able to have children, I’d just have to try a bit harder.” An ectopic pregnancy affects 1 in 80 pregnancies. It means a pregnancy which implants outside the uterus. The majority of ectopic pregnancies happen in the fallopian tube but they can also occur in the ovaries, cervix or abdomen.
