This dad wore a dress for Mother’s Day for the sweetest reason

Chatchai Panuthai, a single father who lives in Thailand with his two sons, just made this super sweet gesture for Mother's Day. He is divorced from his wife who lives in Europe and he raises his children, Ozone and Imsome, himself. On August 12, Thailand holds its yearly Mother's Day celebrations. For Mother's Day, schools usually have a ceremony where children kneel at their mother's feet and thank her for all she has done for them. Ozone and Imsome's mother was not in Thailand for the celebration but Chatchai did not want his children to feel left out. So he donned a light pink, lacy dress, threw on a nice bow accessory, and attended the ceremony in her place. The moment was captured by Chatchai's friend, Kornpat Ae Sukhom, who then shared the video on Facebook. You can check on the super cute video on Buzzfeed News. The adorable gesture immediately captured everyone's hearts and the video quickly went viral, getting over six million views. Kornpat told Buzzfeed News that Chatchai made the unusual wardrobe choice because he didn't want his children to feel left out during the ceremony. She said that everyone got a laugh out of the whole thing.

"Everyone enjoyed it and all laughed and took photos with him. His two sons weren't quite sure what was going on and why Dad was wearing a dress."

She said that they were very surprised when the video went viral but that the responses have been extremely positive, with loads of people commending Chatchai for his creative thinking. We are loving it.
